Since its inception in 2016, ALP Training Institute has been dedicated to fostering a strong and supportive community-based culture of personal growth through collective and supportive efforts that challenges the status quo of the fitness industry. From our business name and logo evolutions, to over 100 business awards, to our entire business shift through the pandemic just to continue operating - the past 7 years have been FULL of ups and downs.
