SEMI PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING PACKAGES

1 Coach - 2 Clients = Tandem Training

1 Coach - 3-5 clients = Semi Private Training

Great for friends, family members or teammates to save on budget but maintain high quality of training with customized programs for each person based on their goals, but trained in a small group (2-5 max) which offers a little added motivation to push yourself to your goals.

Note: same inclusions as personal training packages, per person enrolled.
