SEMI PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING PACKAGES

1 Coach - 2 Clients = Tandem Training

1 Coach - 3-5 clients = Semi Private Training

Great for friends, family members or teammates to save on budget but maintain high quality of training with customized programs for each person based on their goals, but trained in a small group (2-5 max) which offers a little added motivation to push yourself to your goals. Note: same inclusions as personal training packages, per person enrolled.

Athletic Development Program

6 WEEKS

12-18 sessions

Great to try things out before committing to a bigger package or to get the ball rolling on some changes in your lifestyle and or sport performance. Ideal for person looking to train 2-3 times per week.

Here's a little of how we help our clients achieve their goals:
  • Client focused coaching from some of the top professionals in the industry  
  • From 1 on 1 Personal Training, to Tandem Training (1 coach with 2 people), to Semi-Private Training (1 coach and up to 4 people at a time)
  • Detailed InBody Medical Body Composition Analysis
  • Comprehensive Evaluations, some are completed and reviewed before we even meet for the first time
  • Functional movement and/or performance based assessments to provide the necessary info to create a quality program directed entirely for YOU, not some cookie cutter program that won't meet your needs
  • Individual goal setting with actionable advice and strategies to ensure goals are met
  • Lessons and habits discussed weekly to be sure more good stuff is happening while more bad is removed
  • Individualized training program, based on your needs 
  • Individualized nutrition guidelines, based on your needs
  • Private access to our member's only resource portal including workout programs, nutrition tips and mental training strategies
  • Weekly check ins away from the gym to keep you focused and accountable throughout the week
We offer various packages from an Intro to Personal Training package (12 sessions) to get a taste of what it's like to work with us - to short term (3 or 6 months) and long term (12 month) personal training membership packages that come with a host of perks depending on the package you choose.
Although you do not need a membership to ALP-TI to sign up for personal training, we do offer a 25% discount on memberships during your personal training package if you wish to train with us in addition to your sessions (recommended).
