We're so excited to work with some great people for our upcoming Transformation Challenge kicking off January 8th, 2018, and we've got some huge prizes to be won this year!!
Last year's participants had a lot of fun in our 12 week transformation challenge and saw some serious results (check out our winners results in this post)! We take a little deeper look at things than just "weight loss" and really help people understand the key to sustainable health is more about overall "lifestyle habits" that are followed daily for a long time, rather than some "quick fix". This 12 week transformation challenge is really a kickstart to change, where we give you the tools needed to transform anything you want, and teach you how to use them!
We're expecting double the participants this year and have much more planned for them, including a high energy bootcamp class Tuesday and Thursday evenings specifically designed for burning fat and building muscle. If your goal is strictly to build muscle however, we will modify the class for you to avoid the fat burning cardio portion and help you continue to pack on lean slabs of mass!
There's also an online support group included, lead by Myself and our whole ALP Coaching staff. We'll be there to answer questions, post tips and education lessons, and provide a place for participants to interact and motivate one another by sharing stories, photos, or thoughts about the challenge.
