ABOUT THE PROGRAM:

We've been trusted by some of the world’s best athletes for almost 2 decades and it's no surprise to us that our athletes are consistently rated at the top of their respective teams in terms of strength and conditioning every year.

 

We've applied some of the most proven methods over the years from some of the most successful performance teams in the world carefully and meticulously refining our approach to athletic development.

Our new multi-sport group training program has evolved over the past decade of experience working with elite athletes. Regardless of the sport you’re playing or season you’re in (in-season or off-season), our customized approach to athletic development ensures athletes will be performing the most effective workout for their desired goal (in-season = ability to perform at optimal level in sport and reducing risk for injuries VERSUS off-season where the goal is to improve strength and performance abilities with higher training volumes, more intense workouts, etc).

What's Included:

  • Initial & ongoing evaluation(s) to effectively monitor Athlete's progress and program development

  • 3-5 x 60-90 minute workouts per week, low trainer to athlete ratio (1:6 MAX) - save 50+% compared to Personal Training

  • Customized training program (3-4 phases over 12 weeks) & tailored nutrition guide to maximize development - designed by Adam Lloyd ($200 value each phase)

  • 3 comprehensive body composition scans ($40 value each scan)

  • High Performance Education Seminar with Adam Lloyd ($100 value)

What Athletes Can Expect:

  • Learn ALP's Proprietary Method to optimize health and performance

Who is this Program Ideal For:

  • Pro-Elite and Junior: Off-Season Athletes like: hockey, volleyball, basketball, and NCAA athletes (suggested to train 4-5 days per week), ages 15-18 (Jr), ages 19+ Pro-Elite

  • Youth Program: any athlete ages 12-14 looking to optimize their health and performance

Enrollment Options

IDEAL FOR:
- Off-Season Sports​ - hockey, volleyball, basketball, and NCAA athletes 
(suggested to train 4-5 days per week)

PRO-ELITE
 PROGRAM:
When: As early as May 1st - Report to Team Camp
Days / Times: 8 -10am
Who: Pro/Collegiate Athletes only


JUNIOR PROGRAM (12 weeks)

When: Phase 1 = June 5 - July 1 2023
Phase 2-4 = July 4 - Aug 25th 2023

Days / Times: M-F 4-5pm (Phase 1)
M-F 11am-12pm  and  4-5pm

Who: Athletes ages 14*-18


YOUTH PROGRAM:
When:
July 4 - Aug 25th 2023 (phases 1 & 2 - 8 weeks)

Who:
Athletes ages 11-14*

All sessions must be used during the program
Athletes pick the days/times that fit their schedule best

Any unused sessions will expire at the end of program (no refunds or roll overs)
Will open more group times if required based on enrollment (minimum of 3 athletes needed for a new group time)
* athletes under the age of 14 that are highly trained may be allowed to join the JR group (based on assessment)
