ABOUT THE PROGRAM:
We've been trusted by some of the world’s best athletes for almost 2 decades and it's no surprise to us that our athletes are consistently rated at the top of their respective teams in terms of strength and conditioning every year.
We've applied some of the most proven methods over the years from some of the most successful performance teams in the world carefully and meticulously refining our approach to athletic development.

Our new multi-sport group training program has evolved over the past decade of experience working with elite athletes. Regardless of the sport you’re playing or season you’re in (in-season or off-season), our customized approach to athletic development ensures athletes will be performing the most effective workout for their desired goal (in-season = ability to perform at optimal level in sport and reducing risk for injuries VERSUS off-season where the goal is to improve strength and performance abilities with higher training volumes, more intense workouts, etc).
Initial & ongoing evaluation(s) to effectively monitor Athlete's progress and program development
3-5 x 60-90 minute workouts per week, low trainer to athlete ratio (1:6 MAX) - save 50+% compared to Personal Training
Customized training program (3-4 phases over 12 weeks) & tailored nutrition guide to maximize development - designed by Adam Lloyd ($200 value each phase)
3 comprehensive body composition scans ($40 value each scan)
