Our athletes are training 3-5 days a week via customized workout programs delivered digitally via our proprietary software - and are coached live in small groups on Zoom until we are able to reopen (VERY SOON)
But that's not even close to all!!!
Customized meal plans and nutrition guides are helping our athletes make RAPID change in overall health leading to enhanced performance.
And the BIGGEST area of improvement - happens through MENTAL TRAINING. ALL our athletes are working on mental training strategies EVERYDAY improving confidence, intelligence and how they feel and perform overall 👌👌
We've adapted our Owner's @theadamlloyd proprietary model of online training and virtual coaching sessions that he used when he was the Strength and Performance coach for the Arizona Coyotes' prospects from 2015-2017 (This produced one of the best prospect development programs in the NHL for 3 straight seasons)
Our athletes are loving the workouts at home and the live coaches sessions are a huge hit with all our clients!
