🏈 Our Fall / Winter Athletic Training Programs Launch October 13th — Are You Ready to Up Your Game?


Every season, the same narrative plays out in youth sports: There are athletes who decide to lean in — to work when others rest — and they separate themselves from the pack.


They arrive at the playoffs stronger, faster, sharper. Their confidence shows. Their resilience is tested, and they respond. Meanwhile, many of those who “played it safe” or “took it easy” are left scratching their heads, wondering how they got passed by when it counted most.


Because here’s a truth: Hard work beats talent when talent doesn’t work hard.


That’s why we built our small-group training programs at ALP — to give athletes a place where “smart work + consistency” is the rule, not the exception. Where every drill, every rep, every session matters — and is designed to push them forward, every week.



Program Structure & Pricing

DATES:

Fall Session: Oct 13 - Dec 19 2025

Winter Session: Jan 5 - Mar 27 2026


YOUTH (Ages 11–13): 4:00–5:00 PM (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)

  • 1×/week = $149 / month

  • 2×/week = $249 / month

  • 3×/week = $299 / month


JUNIOR (Ages 14+): 6:00–7:00 PM (Monday through Thursday)

  • 1×/week = $169 / month

  • 2×/week = $299 / month

  • Unlimited (3–4×/week) = $399 / month



Small groups, big impact: Each time slot holds a maximum of 6 athletes, ensuring top-tier coaching and individual attention.
Custom programming: No “cookie-cutter” workouts. Every athlete’s plan is tailored to their age, current ability, health status, injury history, and long-term goals (for both youth and 14+).
