We are very happy to announce that we are working with Hamilton Food Share and CityKidz Gift of Christmas Toy Drive this Holiday Season!
We strongly believe that no kids should go without a visit from Santa and especially go without food this Christmas! Please join us in non-perishable food donations and children's toy drive throughout the months of November and December to help the less fortunate. Here's a little bit more about each drive:
CityKidz Gifts of Christmas Toy Drive - Ends Dec 9th
This toy drive will provide local kids with toys from their Santa's wishlists! Please donate new unwrapped toys for children up to 12 years of age. Here is the WISH LIST that kids have provided the organization with :
Any other toys are still welcomes as CityKidz also holds community parties in our area and each child who comes receives a gift. Over 4000 toys have been given out each Christmas so every toy is important!
Hamilton Food Share - Ends Dec 19th
Over 12,000 people in Hamilton, including 4,300 children need a food bank every month. Let's make sure they have food on the table this Holiday Season! The most urgently needed food items are :
