About the Event

This event is for all volleyball players, their parents, and volleyball coaches with an interest in optimizing both player performance and health! If that's you, we'd love to have you join us for our High Performance Volleyball Seminar October 10th from 7-8:30pm at ALP Training Institute.

Why should you attend?

Well, with all these modern advancements in technology and "training methods", it would be totally normal to expect performance to have dramatically increased and injuries to decrease. Yet we're still seeing more injuries and limited performance development than we ought to. Some athletes train a TON (and overtrain), while others don't train at all or even think about their nutrition.

Adam Lloyd (Owner and CEO at ALP Training Institute) and Rory Kosonic (Owner of RPG Training Systems), are some of the brightest minds in the world of High Performance Training today and are excited to share their knowledge and experience working with elite and professional athletes over the past 15 years!

Life long athletes themselves, they've been through it all and know what it truly takes to both prevent injuries and excel as elite athletes! Come out for our free seminar on October 10th to learn how they train their volleyball players and high performance athletes to both optimize athletic development and overall health through training, nutrition, mindset, and recovery strategies! The seminar will last up to 2 hours but that's to leave lots of time for questions and answers - so no worries if you can't stay for the full 2 hours.

Feel free to contact us at 289-246-9000 or with any questions you may have!

We look forward to seeing you October 10th to learn all about the keys to high performance training and development for volleyball players!
