Here we go again.
As you've likely heard, Hamilton (and the rest of the province) is unfortunately being moved to the Grey Lockdown zone of Ontario's public health color coded restrictions starting today Monday Dec 20th 2020.
But before we talk about the crappy part of this - I’d just like to take a minute to say thank you to each and every one of our incredible staff and members!
You’ve been absolutely amazing with the strict covid protocols during your workouts which has kept everyone safe and confident in our ability to operate a high performance facility throughout a pandemic! So I'd like to say thank you for doing your part and being an awesome #ALPfamily member throughout all this!
Now the shitty part - yes this means that even though we’ve operated since July without a single Covid related case from ALP (much like many high performance training facilities) - we’re being forced to close, yet again.
Important news:
ALL gym memberships will be paused (payments too) as of Monday Dec 21st until further notice.
Gym Members:
All gym members will still have access to the member portal (free of charge) and gym memberships will be paused starting Monday. We’ll be sure to upload a few more at home friendly workout programs to follow with minimal equipment.
Personal Training Clients:
Personal training clients have the opportunity to perform at home workouts via zoom with your coach (strongly recommended), or put your package on hold for the time being. There is always an option to sign up for online coaching services in the meantime as well (ranges from $99 - $999 / month)
Online Clients:
No interruptions here, services continue as normal for all online services.
Curbside Pickup:
You may still purchase items like strength bands, mini bands, apparel, or supplements on our online store and collect via curbside pickup by appointment. Custom Online Program:
